By approving an order and confirming the transaction all purchases on obentopress.com are considered final and non-refundable.

Our products are shipped worldwide from our location using international and national courier services (FedEx/UPS/DHL Express, La Poste, Happy Post) to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Delivery time from our Location is 1-3 business days to all destinations.
A Pre-ordered product will be shipped 3 weeks after ordering.
Any local taxes or import fees are not included in the price.

Shipments returned to our distribution or destroyed by the shipping provider due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not re-shipped or re-funded. Same rules apply if parcels are not picked up in time or if the shipment is returned or destroyed due to failure in responding to notifications from us or the shipping provider.

To avoid your parcel from being returned or destroyed, please make sure that your PayPal shipping information is correct. Furthermore you can provide us with a phone number or alternative address to make the delivery more convenient for you.

Damaged parcels and/or products must be reported with image documentation to Le Petit Voyeur within 48 hours of delivery.
